Hi

I'm new here. I saw this forum recently and I like it too much!
I've two and a half sierra's.

This is my daily drive:

It has a 2.0 8v DOHC turbo. I'm using a megasquirt to drive it. I had two engines broken by conrod failure. I will open a thread about it conversion when having time.

Another one is a xr4i from 83', this is fully stock. I don't use it a lot.

The another I've is an old red 3 door mk2. But had an accident with it two years ago with it. I left it in house instead of sending to scrapyard as it was my first car and I'd like to repair it in a near future.

For short time I'm going to install a BOB engine instead of the 2.0 DOHC in the white mk2 3 door and turbo it. I'd like to get 300 bhp with stock internals. In fact, searching info about turbing this engines is as I found this forum.

I've the donnor scorpio in house:

Hi there and welcome there is lots of information about turbocharging the v6 engines be it a single or twin turbos. 300bhp is good for running standard engine internals think they will run 1 bar but fuelling has to be spot on for longevity.
Your very lucky to have 3 3 doors

Yes, I saw a lot of threads. I think I will go with single turbo as is cheaper. Maybe with a little more of lag than if it was twinturbo, but the engine has nice torque, so I think it will not be a problem.
