Despite being a keen Ford Capri enthusiast and having restored many classic ford's, i was approached by a customer to fully restore this 1990 Rouse Sapphire Cosworth. If anyone has any spares or requires welding/engine rebuilds please do let me know as there are a few spares that are required for this project.

I started by removing the interior and storing it safely where it wouldn't get damaged followed by the carpet and door cards. After a thorough clean with the jet wash the carpet came out really well despite the many litters of cats that were born in it (certainly smells better too)

The engine will be stripped and fully rebuilt after all the necessary welding is carried out, the shell will then be taken over to the paint shop.
