Hi everyone, so Friday was a really bad day for me as I got a telephone call from my lockup landlords estate manager informing me that his demolition team had accidentally demolished my lockup and that all of its contents scrapped.
My biggest problem is that the parts that I've accumulated have been collected over 20+ years and the price of things have escalated massively from when I purchased most of them and some of my parts just aren't available to buy any more.
The estate manager wants me to list everything along with prices so I'm hoping that the vast amount of members may be able to help me on valuing the parts so here goes with the list:-

Turbo Technics XR4x4 sump with 3.14 front diff,
Turbo Technics 3.14 rear lsd,
XR4x4 front plated lsd,
Rouse sport front seats,
Rouse sport side skirts,
Rouse sport rear bumper,
Really good condition 3 door Cosworth doors with the door cards, windows and electrics,
Un-cracked 3 door dashboard,
3 door centre console,
4 inch full stainless turbo back exhaust which I don't know the make of unfortunately,

The above parts are the ones that I'm struggling to find anywhere and therefore can't find a value of but I'm sure that some of the members on here will know the value of.
Unfortunately these aren't the only parts that were destroyed, I'm going to list the other parts on here too just to get it out there as to what other parts I've lost.

R34 Skyline GTr gearbox with front and rear prop shafts, Exedy twin plate clutch and flywheel,
Sierra 4x4 gearbox that had been sent to Bara motorsport for a uprated centre diff and uprated gear kit,
Cosworth 4x4 gearbox crossmember with Flo-flex gearbox mount,
2x complete 2wd Cosworth poly bushed front subframe assembly's,
Complete 4x4 Cosworth poly bushed front subframe assembly with Flo-flex engine mounts,
Cosworth T5 gearbox with mustang bellhousing to fit V6 engines,
Alloy bellhousing from a 2.8 4x4 type 9 gearbox,
2.8 V6 clutch and flywheel,
2.9 V6 clutch and flywheel,
Fiesta RS1800 engine,
Full series 1 RS turbo body kit,
Orion 1600i Ghia grill, painted white to match the S1 body kit,
Set of 17" fox racing Sierra 4x4 fit wheels,
5x Peugeot 405Mi16 wheels,
Audi S3 1.8t BAM bottom end fitted with a big port AGU head,
Audi S3 gearbox,
Full Audi S3 wiring harness and clocks,
Full set of seats from my VW T4 Caravelle,

There was probably more but that's what I'm able to remember and as you can imagine I'm truly devastated with the loss of all of this. If anybody can help with values on these parts I'll be incredibly grateful.

I feel your pain as I loss almost everything after a house fire.

What I learned was to double the prices of the stuf you lost as the insurance only wants to pays 50% or less of the value.

Turbo Technics XR4x4 sump with 3.14 front diff, 1250.00
Turbo Technics 3.14 rear lsd, 500.00
XR4x4 front plated lsd, 750.00

As for the body parts, that's not easy to say as most is not available or hard and expensive to get.

But you porpely have a lote more parts and have you tought about tools that are lost, so try to make a complete as posible list.
