But the Veyron weighs almost 2000 kg!
With the power/weight ratio the Taunus will win.
The only benefit of the Veyron is that has 4wd and launch control so hardly any wheelspin.I'd ratherhavr the Taunus though

One nice dynoday :) Holset pro52 is good to 930hp. Need bigger turbocharger, to get 1000hp  ;D

This car is impressive, but i have new SBF 463cid DART full aluminium 1600hp turbo engine and i want to build new Outlaw class car.
Right now i´m checking some mustang were to but this engine with powerglide transmission  ;D
Taunus runs great but i want to go run 7 second :)

Just me thinking, i would put the v8 in the taunus ;D

I gone instal my SBF 427 in my capri, this afternoon. Lets hope there is enough room left for the turbo's.  ;D ;D

trail fitfing the 427w in the capri.

It fits the engine bay.



How ever, 2 problems and here is 1, the brake booster :'( It needs 20 mm more clearance but the booster is already against the inner fender:



And my other problem, the fittings for the fuel rail:



The brake booster out of the way gives me the clearance I need.







I need to do some cutting and welding to make more room. ;D ;D ;D

This year is done :) Next year i try to get 8.5 second run. Now we built drysump system and but bigger turbo.

New engine SBF Windsor 463cid twin turbo. Car runs now twin 71,5mm holset turbochargers and 99.9% ethanol.
ECU is Haltech 2000+ dash logger and 8 egt-s  :rolleyes:

Not big bang, just riped rpm sensor off and engine stops.
Now is very good heads combo for sale. conrods and pistons is ok too. Need only new block and crank to make new 1000hp engine. And i have PA Performance C4 1000+hp transmission with  converter and fordv6 bellhousing for sale. If somebody needs something, let me know :rolleyes:
