Update for LDS Engineering - Petrol fuel injector flow testing/cleaning Jan 2014

Quick revision on this post since afew things have changed.......Will try and give members best price possible but my discount varies on different parts.

Gaskets and Headbolts

Full head gasket set, head sets, head bolts, bottom end set, single inlet/exhaust gaskets and various seals. 

Head gaskets are all O.E manufacturers Elring, Ajusa, Glaser, Payen & Victor Reinz.

Applications including 24v cosworth, YB, Zetec-E, Zetec-SE, I4 DOHC, Duratec and some of the older classic engines Pinto, Essex, HCS.

Not doing just Ford`s now either. I branched out and also do a lot of Rover K-series and KV6 gaskets, Land Rover, Vauxhall, Peugeot, Renault, Nissan, VAG and Mitsubishi.

All automotive parts come with 12 months/12k mileage warranty (batteries are 3yrs iirc) If there is anything I can help any members with let me know :)

New Addition
Purchased this injector flow test/cleaning equipment last year. Can test top feed (and side feed) injectors at various fuel pressures and pulse rates, leak tests, visual spray pattern etc and x2 ultrasonic baths for cleaning.

Only carry Bosch injector spares atm as its mostly the only injectors I seem to test! £12 per injector but happy to sort out a group discount if there is interest.

Best to PM through FordPower for best price`s and availablity.......if I`ve not got it on the shelf I can normally either order it in for following day or some parts can come direct from warehouse next day courier.

Cylinder head skimming
We`ve got a milling machine for skimming 4-5 pot heads



Have another swingarm machine for doing wide and 6 cylinder heads but coolant is not setup on that machine yet and needs some tinkering with.

Also have a 1942 Myford/Drummond lathe we`ll be setting up at home and another Myford lathe in the machine shop if anyone needs any bits made up.



 

Can also do put together most Ford designs of vinyl tax disc holders, magnets, keyrings, numberplate/wings stickers and rear boot stickers.
