How do I get the steering wheel off the Granada Cosworth.

Also the right exhaust drop down pipe off the manifold, there doesn't aeem to be any room or angle to get a socket on the two nuts from below.

Looks like the cross member sits nicely between the Capri rails. 

Adapter test plate to convert to bmw top pattern


Made a jig off capri rails, so after cutting them out, new one is set at the same height and centered

Your correct. My bad. I had the wrong diff in mind. The Ford workshop manual call for SAE-90 hypoid oil [old Ford spec: SQM2C-9002-AA]. 1.3 liters. its a 80W-90 oil.

Sierra/granada/scorpio lsd units are Viscous LSD and the use a silicon fluid/grease with a friction modifier. I don't know witch silicone fluid / grease is used.



 

Getting it to work properly(as good as in the original chassis) is ofcourse a task on its own.
Project Binky on youtube is a very good example how it should be adressed


Speaking of.. i got a e36 subframe and made parts of the chassis legs/ mounts to weld into capri frame rails
