OE stainless head gaskets - can you reuse them?

as title really... I mean, if they weren't failing anyway obviously. I'm guessing SS gaskets are a aluminium block/heads thing?

With Multi layered steel gaskets i should have said sometimes , yes. It depends on there construction and material used for the fire ring.
