Hi. I have a 3 door Sierra Cosworth running 4x4 transmission with fully adjustable suspension front and rear and need to know the best suspension setting for it. I am using it for track days and hill climbing. Thanks

Think I do recall ford motorsport had some published settings...im sure somebody might have it
xr4x4 twin dinky turbo, emerald k3 management,302bhp and 400ftlbs@21 psi
