rear brake seized

Need help on a sierra xr4x4 ghia estate with abs.
Off side rear brake caliper is sticking on. Changed the caliper and the caliper winds back nice and free. As soon as you fire the car up and press the brake the brake locks up. No kinks on the flexy and handbrake not sticking.
Can only presume its the hydraulic block or any other ideas?

did you bleed it with pump on ?

Could be that the brake hose collapsed inside if its only 1 caliper that gets stuck. Its a problem you see often with older brake hoses.
