Mondeo passed it's MOT!

My project 24V Si mondeo has passed her MOT..

Needed a wishbone and to handbrake cables but other than that a good result considering it was a fairly unknown quantity.

Had to wait 5 days to get the emissions checked as the machine had broken. It was a bit nerve wracking watching the machine with figures ocasionaly going RED ( not sure if it's significant ) but it passed even with the cat bypass pipe..

Just needs a VIC check now

  Nothing to worry about for another year then. Always nice when cars goes through without any major problems.

 My xr2i is due end of the month   Filler cap,NS & OS sill is being eaten away and drivers wing has come away at the bottom of the A pillar back when the door got pushed in due to some stupid cow rushing to over take a line of traffic. Hate to think what is like under the rest of the bodykit. So I really cant see it passing due to the rust this year pity really because its sound otherwise. Yet another car ready to be restored

VIC Check Passed.. She is who she's suposed to be

Driving back from the VOSA station I did think that the engine seems a little under torqued. And the CAT bypass pipe is leaking so it was a bit loud. But it drove fairly well..

Just got to wait for the V5c now......
