trying to get a list of possible shows for the xr owners club in the north east of england

Dates are official! 12th AND 13th of July 2014!

12th is open for all 13th is exclusively our private day.

Entrance is (as of jan 2014) is £15 per person
People running pay £30 on top £45 all day runs.

Discount is available for those running for both days. £25 per day total of £50 plus entrance (£15)

Camping is available at £5 per head
Those running for 1 day and camping 1 night costs £50

Those running for 2 days pay £85 for the weekend. This includes 2days running and 2 nights camping.

There will be a bar open for campers at night also
Food stalls are taken care of for both days.

Show and shine:-
Anyone wanting to enter our show and shine comp will cost £3 per entry.
Trophy for cleanest of the day provided by sponsors Need2Insure
Photographs will be taken by our other sponsors Performanceford magazine

Hopefully that covers most of the important information.

All that's left is for discussion on categories for running which best of each will receive a trophy.

As soon as we know what categories, flyers can be made and advertising can begin.
