Hi Gerry!
This now works fine, but I have the intercooler combined in different places, because there were problems with pressure equalization. I hope you understood what I meant because I practice your language yet. =)

Thanks Dave!
Gearbox is ZF 53DZ 6-speed. From Bmw 525td e90

I still can't get over how good that plenum looks, like a bit of a spaceship!
Was the BMW gearbox easy to fit? I'm assuming the cyclone engines have a different spline pattern to older ford v6's, so it wouldn't fit a cosworth 24v without lots of work.

puuhapete

Hi there! Thank you! In fact, when ready, so what will happen. Yes, Cyclone very kind and requires a lot of work if you want the car. But you should always try to sacrifice.
Bmw gearbox installed is two way. Adapter plate or welding clutch cover, but clutch cover is bad finding. Ford mt82 gearbox (transit but clutch cover no same) only and price difference.
I making own start ring , adapter flywheel down and clutch cover.

Let's to repairs again. I buy JE forged pistons and h-beam rods made in China. Compression ration is 9.0 now and let's see what happens next.

capri v8 driver

Looks like eagle or scat H rods.

Eagle and scat are Chinese but don't worry as they are pretty strong. With the right prep and a bolds and wrist pin upgrade they are very strong.

puuhapete

Yes, I know . This is the thrid china rods for me, but first customs.. anyway I hope big horsepower and good endurance.
