Hi, I want show you my project.
But first I want tell you this:
Hi my name is Jakub. I`m from Czech republic, but now I stay in Scotland. I working 7 days per week because I have to save money for my dream car - for Sierra Cosworth

I bought this car from my very good friend. It was unfinished project. So now I`m trying build this great car. The car is in Czech rep. and when I`m in GB couple of my friends working od the car, so I cant tell "I did what  is on the pictures"

The shell is year 1990
The engine, ECU and gearbox is from an Escort Cosworth (big turbo year 92)
it is left hand drive
is it 4x4
power was aprox. 300bhp but there was not RS500 intercooler and stainless steel exhaust. I will buy it so I hope there will be a bit more power
I hope the car will be lighter than 1100kg
In the engine is all parts new. In gear box is 90% new. On the shell was no rust, but the paint was not perfect, so now is it after new paint. If you have any questions you can ask me, but please use some easy english words because my english is still not good

cossiemk2: the first owner was a racer and he had rolling cage inside, but before he sell the car to my friend he put the roll cage out (off) and he put again normal recaro leather interior. But on the bodywork he leave the (?)strengthening(?) parts (see picture no.1) Then he sell this car to my friend and than he put the roll cage there again. Sorry not he but one company in Czech rep. The roll cage is made of plain carbon (seamless) steel - (cold drawing). I hope you understannd. I translated this with dictionary  . Minimal strength in tension is 350N/mm2 (newtons/square milimeter)

And my second car is red Xr4i Dohc year 1991. it is my darling  I call this car "Nicol". I own her 2 years. I already spent with this car on the road more than 100 000km and I had never serious problem. On the car is everything standard. I just put inside recaro seats, diferent steering wheel, 15" alloys with 195x50 tires and my friend made for me fuel computer. this computer is great thing. It shows actual fuel usage, total fuel usage, average fuel consumption and distance. This car really need new paint. On the fist picture the paint looks good but it is on last czech Ford Sierra club meet after 2 hours polishing in 3 people... After I wash the car it looks horrible. and I must polish again  
before this Sierra I had:
1.6 year 85 it was my first car. 2 weeks after I bought it me and my friends had a road trip across europe. (CZ - D - NL - B - F - Spain - F - Austria - CZ) But the engine was in very bad condition so my friend (the same who sell me cosworth) put to this car engine from his crashed car 2.0 OHC (not injection)
than I bought sierra year 1989 with 2.9 V6 12v. I own this car meybe 1 week and than I give this car like present to my friend, because I already had the red one xr4i and I move to Scotland.

Yesterday I bought front cossie bumper and today I prepared the grill for painting.
And I have a question: If I want put rear cosworth bumper on my 5 doors sierra need I do some modifications somewhere? Or there is no difference between rear bumper for 4 door and 5 door?
