I have started a buisnesss called Gecko Performance as myself and my friend are both leaving the RAF at the end of summer
we are based up at melton mowbray in leistershire (east mids) just off the A1

First off the machines im getting delivered tommorow

a CNC milling machine

And a CNC lathe

once they arrive they will be retro fitted with brand new CNC computer controls to update them and eventually the mill will be fitted with 4th and 5th axis aswell
also taking delivery of other machinery to skim and bore engines and cnc plasma cutter to make our own flanges

this is our exhaust bending machine with this we can now make you stainless steel exhausts custom made to any car all with lifetime warrantee

that is the workshop as it is at the moment while the new workshop and machine room are being built then this unit will be getting converted into a spray booth
its all very exiting but extremly hard work at the moment

Hope you have your weatabix in the morning, that miller looks a little heavy

Transit RS

well if you can make the transit adapter plates - transit mt75 to cologne, then let me know! - they are a very rare svo part and the main stumbling block for us transit guys in fitting the 24v's

good luck btw

actually the mill is only 4 ton and wasnt too bad to get in

the lathe was 6 1/2 ton and kept lifting the truck up at the front so we had to edge it in and took about 5 hrs so im knackered now

got some pics tho

once the other machines are in i can build the machine room around the machines lol

TwinTurbo

This is always when the wife comes in and says,

"I think it would look better over in that corner"

Rallyslag, do you need any tools to that mill? I got loads of them, and I am willing to trade them for some plasma cutting... If you are interested let me know, and also what you need and I'll have a look for it.
