24V Supercharged Capri 280

Well, its taken me a while but I've pulled the scorpio into the workshop and have started to dismantle it.  I'm going to aim for the 10th aniversary of CapriSport which with all deadlines will turn into sometime in the summer at best!

Any advice on taking the granada to pieces gratefully received.  I have the Ford Technical Information Service on my laptop that has their workshop manual to work from - not quite as simple as a Haynes but seems to work!  Naturally any granada scorpio parts anyone needs just PM me.

As I go, I'll post photos and progress details on here to hopefully help someone in the future!  My gf and I are stripping her Mini next to the Scorpio - nothing like a difference in technology and complexity to focus the mind - hopefully the end result in the Capri will be somewhere inbetween!!!

Indeed!  Its all a little too small for me but I have to admit I was impressed with the thrashing around the camp I gave it before driving it into the workshop!  I've got hold of the list of parts required from a Granada Scorpio to build a Pigrim Sumo so am going to try to strip the car as cleanly as possible and see if I can't sell a fair amount of parts with reg doc to a Sumo builder.

I haven't got internet access at home at the moment so can't upload any pics but will let all know how I get on!
