Thanks for the reply but there`s definately no upload button unless I`m going doolally - could the file be too big (just under 3mb)? Martys` reply shows the page but theres no upload button on that either.

I get as far as clicking the browse button, selecting the photo - its file name appears in the box, I tried clicking on `add this attachment` but it just goes to a blank page after about 15 seconds.

No doubt it`ll be something simple - probably me!

You add the attatchment

Test (yep it works  )

Click on the 'Browse' button, select the piccy on your PC then click 'add this attatchment'

If you still can't get it to work you can e-mail me your piccys and I'll host them and send you the link (or add the pics for you  )

PM me for email addy (this offer goes for anyone  )

I`ll try again, this time its only 200 kb - and yes it appears to work  I`ll try the car pics next if this works[attachmentid=2117]

No, I`ve tried but it just goes to the blank page again after attempting to upload,I gave it a couple of minutes aswell. So seeing as the smiley worked ok it must be the size of file?
but like I said its only 3MB -

Marty

As long as you havn't gone over you 'global' space you should be OK, BTW 3mb is bloody massive for a piccy

Might wanna resize it to 800x600 and try again

It works now!  but if I didnt exceed the 24MB why didnt it work?[attachmentid=2118]

I suppose it would be interesting to find out what the largest file is that can be uploaded without problems, unless somebody knows already? - I`ll have to try tomorrow if I get chance - in between fitting my new throttle cable to the old xr4x4 as I leant on the white thread of the original last weekend and it snapped!
