got all the back end off today and stripped all the wires out what a horror show ill post some pics soon , can anyone tell me what the fuel pump is please and is that a 7 1/2 lsd ? thanks for your advice in advance

Looks like a standard 7 incher to me (said the nun to the bishop     ). The 7 1/2 inch diff fills the gap in the cradle where the space you can see to the left of the upper bolt is. Looks like a 7 1/2 inch cradle with a 7 inch diff in it (like mine now is). The 7 1/2 inch bugger has bigger CV joints and fatter shafts (theres some pics on my photobucket somewhere).

TwinTurbo

The pic is of the fuel filter.

thanks for that i did ask the fella i got her off but the more i dig into this car the more bodged it is
anyone guess whats wrong here ? 10 magic beans to the winner

robrs2

Nowt wrong with that, 7" diff in a 7 1/2" beam with the 7" top bolt

Maccroft

Looks very well secured

cosworth.24v

   yeah and im the queen

cosworth.24v

right just to update all that old back end except the hubs and drive shafts is being stripped and sold to the highest reasonable offer by this weekend (7 inch bolt aswell ) and ill leave the diff its no use to me as ive already got this diff on another car.
and this will be its replacement (not the actual one yet)

Hope i'm not tredding in it here but you do intend to build a 4x4 bob at sometime i assume from a 4x4 mt75, a type 9 would be the same. Fordpower.org.uk/forum/index.php?showtopic=1674 says it can't be done, the ems requires signals from the autogearbox or it goes into los, have you got a fix?.

Mik

Please tell me you have a fix for the BOB ECU to get it to work with the MT75
