My Custom exhaust

Here are the pictures of the new exhaust, just picked it up this morning....   It isn't exactly quiet, but not to bad at cruising speed.

Is it a stainless powerflow system that they custom fitted, bent and welded to  to your car, cos I read about a company that does this in Practical Performance Cars, when one of the guys has one fitted to his V8 capri? Is it the same company?

It's a completely custom system...  I live in the US,and the Sierra 4x4 was never sold over here, The down pipes are 2.25 inch stainless tubes bent and welded to the same shape as the stock pipes, to go round the transmission, the 4 small resonators are by Vibrant Performance, and the large single silencer is a Magnaflow unit. All silencers are straight through, without baffling, with the packing around the outside of the tube.

yep, He did a good job, and one that should last quite a few years. I have the engine and exhaust done, a rebuilt gearbox, new u-joints in my front prop and some poly bushes up front, next is some poly bushes at the rear, and do the bodywork, I wish Taps was around the corner to do some welding for me, but I guess I will have to do it myself.

It's a cat back system tony, but only mild steel, they do stainless systems as well, done the one on my mondeo which is just a twin pipe back box section, they've also modded the scorpion on me saff, and removed the ST220 front boxes as they rattled   Pipecraft are based in Basildon, Essex and you can call dean on 01268 285535, and tell him the guy with the silver mondeo, blue/silver sierra sapphire, blue st220 and the escort estate sent ya

They are good in there, and relatively cheap as well, thats just about all our cars that they've done something to now, and the best bit is there sooo local to me   they've done a fair few mondeo systems for a few of my brothers mondeo club members and there all well impressed as well

pipe craft sorted my 24v zorst out,cut n shut the down pipe ends,kept the 12v system removed the first "binocular" box.The rest is standard,a little louder/sportier,but not in yer face also keeps backpressure up.
