I hope to have the exhaust welded up tommorow & all the water pipes plumbed in over the next couple of days....

Then its onto the fuelpump/fuel filter/egr plugs

followed by the ecu & loom  

I hope to have the lot done within a week or 2

Looks a good job, well done. I went down the other road and built a ZVH for my mk2 Fez tarmac rally machine, mainly for ease of fitment. The full zetec would have had more useable power though. Should be a good machine when finished, keep us updated.
