Scimitar Project 2

A few snaps of the scimitar as it is, The paint looks abit flat as its been stuck in the garage for six monhts, but otherwise its mint, apart from some spud knicked the I from scimitar of the rear,

The engine is stil not in as i'm still putting the parts together but it wont be long now i hope!!!!

Looks good. I must admit to having thought about one of these with ls1 power.

I was looking at the engine today its going to be abit of a squeeze!

its going to be more than a sqeeze, i have the engine out of my se6 now, and have tried the 24v in its place, going to have to cut the bulkhead and modify its shape on both sides of the engine, due to the 24v heads being taller and wider.

and the 6 is wider then the 5. I cut from template to see how much i have to modify. I think its going to be abit tight around the servo also.

I have nearly finished modding the loom i'm going to shorten it later this week - not difficult just time consuming!!!

I wouldnt mind seeing some images?
