Thats is easy to solve. I made a remote brake fluid reservoir. Can't you use the aluminum intake?

Mondeo Si wheels are 16 x 6.5. There is a 16x7 version made by Autostar Legend series.

Which wheels are those, the Escort Cosworth look alikes? Because I thought the Mondeo Si wheels were 16x6.5J and not 7J.

I'm gonna share this with you. Not my car.

Started out as a Fiesta, body has been dropped on a Scorpio floor, which has a 1m part cut out to match the short wheelbase.
Running gear all Scorpio. had a BOB, spun a bearing. Currently BOA, which just after swpping started knocking, so put in new big end bearings, and cleaned the sump from what seemed tensioner bits ;D tensioner blade is a bit chewed up, but is still holding together.

First proper test day:

I've ordered rods and pistons for the ecoboost. In addition to the spun bearing, there was a bent rod in it as well.

I have seen several stock 2.3 on 1 bar of boost and higher staying together for a long time. The one that i did see fail was a engine witch already made a lot of miles before putting a bigger turbo on it and broke one of the pistons. Having this said. The rods used in a stock 2.3 aren't the strongest and do fail. Check your block for cracks.

Maybe the launch control was not setup properly looking at that vid??
